The postholder will also need to organise and oversee the chartership exams and a new CMLI annual ceremony. He or he will promote the P2C and help develop new ways of enabling a wider range of candidates to progress towards the exam. We are also interested in developing an alternative route to Chartership for experienced practitioners and the postholder will help develop this route and take candidates through this form of assessment.

This role requires a positive, proactive and organised individual who is motivated by improvement. In return we can offer the successful candidate responsibility, experience, and the ability to make a real positive difference to our processes.
