Artas-ua.info Maintenance Works Contract 2017 (JCLI LMWC 2017)

A Standard Form of Agreement and Conditions of Contract for Artas-ua.info Maintenance Works (JCLI LMWC) which is appropriate for all types of ‘commercial’ landscape maintenance project of any value. It includes considerable flexibility and is appropriate as a back-to-back contract with a landscape construction contract. The 2017 edition replaces all previous editions and revisions of this contract.

The payment provisions in the 2017 edition are essentially the same as in the 2012 edition and guidance on the changes is provided in the JCLI Practice Note No 9 Revision 2 (April 2017) and the Model Certificates and Other Forms document for the contract (April 2017) which are free downloads below.

Scottish Artas-ua.info Maintenance Works Agreement April 2017 (JCLI SLMWA April 2017)

This Agreement enables JCLI LMWC 2017 to be used in a manner consistent with Scottish Law. It does not replace the JCLI LMWC 2017 but the JCLI LMWC is treated as a Contract Document which should be initialled and annexed to this Agreement.
